Description:
We currently require full time Home Manager for The Old Rectory and 65a Newtown in Trowbridge Wiltshire. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of commitment and a flexible and dynamic approach with good leadership skills. Leading a team of up to 30 staff across three sites to ensure a high standard of care is delivered at all times. Good communication and organisational skills are essential to this post. The Old rectory is a residential home and day service for up to 11 adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and associated Learning Disabilities. Experience of leading a team and working with people with learning disabilities & Autism is essential.
The successful applicant will lead a team to deliver:
• High quality care, support, service and environment
• Implementation of Craegmoor’s corporate standards, policies and procedures
• Compliance with Statutory and Regulatory requirements
• Agreed financial performance and operating plan objectives
• Duties required as a ‘Registered Manager’
Qualifications and Experience:
• Registered Managers Award (NVQ 4) or prepared to undertake
• Supervisory / Management Experience
• Budget Management
• Care Plans / Person Centred Planning processes
