Description:
To ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the site, including all buildings, mechanical and electrical systems, specialist equipment and its general contents. Supervise works carried out by contractors. Maintains the upkeep of all gardens in the project. To provide an 'on-call' service should emergency work be required
This is a permanent position - Part Time 24 hours per week
Salary/Hourly rate:
£6.00 - £8.00 dependant on experience
