Description:
To provide support and encouragement to service users, who have complex needs in all areas/activities of daily Living. Ensure the rights, dignity and respect of the service users. The ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team. To provide written documentation of planned and achieved goals of the Service Users. Able to contribute to the assessment of service User needs. Acts as a key worker and able to complete Risk assessments. Undertakes supervisory tasks as required, assist with induction and orientation of new staff, On call duties.
Salary/Hourly rate:
£8.50 per hour
