Wells Road

Wells Road is a transition service providing support for 6 young adults with learning disabilities. We aim to support people to gain the skills they need to live more independently in their own homes in the community. We value and encourage people to live fulfilled and independent lives with training, employment, recreation and leisure activities whilst providing an environment where they can learn, practice and perfect the skills they need to live more independently. We provide a supportive environment which is a 'stepping stone' to future independence.
