Ty Gwyn

Ty Gwyn Hall is an independent hospital providing therapeutic support, treatment and rehabilitation for men and women with complex mental illnesses.

We work closely with the individual, care co-ordinators and commissioning teams to develop person-centred, recovery-focused support programmes that are cost-effective, realistic, specific to need and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Through our separate units we can provide a continuum of care to help people progress through a pathway of rehabilitation and recovery with the full support of the same MDT.

94% of people supported at Ty Gwyn have made significant progress with their recovery and moved into less supported environments such as residential placements, supported living accommodation or their own homes.
