Supporting you in Glasgow supports people in their own homes. Following a comprehensive personal assessment we will work in partnership with each individual to develop a Person Centred Support Plan. By encouraging people to take control of their futures, together we can make positive outcomes a reality, regardless of age or presumed ability.

Overview of the service

We have a very experienced and highly motivated support team who adopt a person centred approach to deliver innovative, individualised support, including:

• Support hours at home or in the community.

• A few hours a week to 24 hour support.

• Sleep night support.

• Wake night support.

• Support with tenancy agreements.

• Maintaining your home, including bill paying, financial budgeting and community activities.

• Personal care.

Our staff follow a statutory training plan and access specialist training as needed to meet the needs of those who use our service.

Our office is located on Main Street, Cambuslang, with wheelchair access, car parking facilities, and is easily reached by local bus and train services. This central location offers an ideal position to access local amenities. The vibrant city of Glasgow is within easy reach by public transport, and its cultural diversity offers opportunities for socialising, recreation, learning and employment.
