Lindeth College

Lindeth College in the Lake District provides individualised programmes for learners aged 16-25 with moderate to severe learning difficulties or disabilities, challenging behaviour and complex needs.

Curriculum
- Foundation Learning, independent living and communication skills
- 38 and 52 week, full or part time placements, starting throughout the year
- Courses linked to external accreditation, leading to nationally recognised qualifications
- Opportunities to develop vocational skills and gain real work experience
- Extensive programme of social, leisure and sporting activities within the community
Facilities
- Situated on a rural seven acre campus within the Lake District National Park, close to Lake Windermere
- Placements for up to 36 residential and day learners
- Residential accomodation on site in 14-bed house and 6 purpose built cottages to encourage the development of independent living skills
