Bridgeway

Bridgeway provides nursing and residential care for up to 27 people with physical disabilities, offering short-term, long-term and respite care.
At Bridgeway, our dedicated and professional team work to enhance the quality of people’s daily lives. We support and encourage everyone to retain their independence by making choices about their lifestyle and maintaining contact with their family and friends, as well as the local community.
We adopt a multidisciplinary approach, based on an individual’s needs and wishes. Everyone is encouraged to be involved in their own person centred plans and risk assessments.
Through Craegmoor’s ‘Your Voice’ programme we support people to voice their views about the support they receive, using their preferred form of communication.
