Boughton Manor

Boughton Manor supports 33 people who have dementia or complex mental health needs in later life. Staffing levels aim to provide all those who live with us with the maximum support they may need on a daily basis. On each shift we have one nurse, 5 care staff, and can provide specialist one to one care if required. We have a team that works within the kitchen and a team of domestics who also provide laundry services.
What it's like to live here
Boughton Manor has a focused Activities Organiser who creates a weekly programme which reflects individual needs within the home. These include in-house entertainment such as singers. The people who live at Boughton Manor also have access to a large communal lounge, and a quiet lounge where they can just sit, read and relax.
Surroundings
Boughton Manor is situated in the rural village of Boughton right next to the historic local church.
Boughton Manor is set in its own very beautiful grounds. The home is also within an easy walk of Ollerton village where a whole array of shopping can be found.
The nearest major road access is the A1 which is approximately 5 miles from the home.
Service facilities
Boughton Manor is set in its own grounds and surrounded by extensive large gardens into which are being set patio areas, so that when the weather does get warm and the sun shines members of the home can sit outside in a safe and secure area. The gardens will have paved walkways so access to those in wheelchairs is easy.
The home is split over two floors with lift access to the 1st floor. We have a wet room and several specialist bathrooms with equipment in place that affords everyone the choice of bath or shower.
