With the support of our trained staff, we provide a level of support which assists people in maximising their physical, intellectual, and emotional potential as well as social capacity. People have unrestricted access to all Community Support Services including Health, Social Services, leisure, and educational facilities. We strive to ensure that the needs and wishes of all people are ascertained, respected, and met wherever possible including ethnic, religious, and cultural factors.

Situated in a small village on the edge of Fens, it enjoys the benefits of all the local amenities available within Lincolnshire whilst also having easy access to nearby coastal areas.

Service facilities

Blair House is set in private grounds with a large patio, lawned areas, fruit trees, our own greenhouse and vegetable garden. The garden is an ideal place for individuals to develop and learn new skills as well as to sit and meet family or friends. Much of the accommodation has been purpose-built with wheelchair access and the provision of facilities for the physically disabled.
