Overview of the Service
At Alexandra House we provide support for individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities.
We have an experienced and friendly staff team and our staff ratio is guided by the needs of the individuals, ensuring 24 hour support is provided.
Everyone we support has their own Person Centred Plan. Each plan is designed to support an individual's personal choices and aspirations and focuses on what is needed to make that happen.
Staff are trained in effective communication techniques so they can support individuals effectively.
