Older People
We provide care for up to 55 people with dementia and physical health problems. We have a maximum of 9 care staff on shift during the day, and 6 on shift during the night. They are supported by domestics, catering and maintenance staff. We have a person centred planning approach to ensure care is tailored oto individual's needs.
What it's like to live here
We have a wide range of activities on offer, ranging from Arts & Crafts, Bingo, Dominoes, Life Skills, Musical Sessions, Concerts, Baking and Beauty Therapy.
Surroundings
We are situated in a residential area of Motherwell, approximately ½ mile from Strathclyde Country Park. We are on the main bus route, and are 1 mile from the nearest train station. Both Motherwell and nearby Hamilton have shopping centres.
Service facilities
We have 2 secure patio areas, with garden furniture. It is a purpose built home, with easy access for people with physical disabilities. We have a 3 seater minibus, with a tail lift. We have an in house chef, who will cater for all dietary requirements.
