Craegmoor launches national initiative to give its service users more say

Today Craegmoor Healthcare announces the launch of ‘Your Voice’ - a forum designed to give all service users the opportunity to express opinions on the way the company is run.

The forum gives service users regular access to Craegmoor’s management team, where their thoughts and views can be considered and acted upon to the benefit of everyone in the organisation.

‘Your Voice’ will be implemented across all of 250 Craegmoor units and will be managed by a dedicated team who will monitor how service user feedback has impacted on the business and ensure there is evidence of ‘Your Voice’ initiatives in action.

This forum is part of Craegmoor’s on-going dedication to person centred care and illustrates it is committed to keep service users at the heart of the business.

Julian Spurling, marketing and development director said, “It is only by listening to the people who use our services that we will really be able to move forward and continue to offer the highest quality of care.

“Everyone’s experiences will be different and we encourage all our service users to feedback on what we do well and where we could improve. It is only by evaluating our service in this way that we can develop and provide a service of which we and all service users can be proud.”
