New Service Manager appointed at Rookery Hove
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Simon Lanaway as Rookery Hove’s new Service Manager.
Simon is an experienced people manager. He is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities, helping them to lead the most fulfilling and independent lives possible. Simon has ambitious plans to ensure Rookery Hove is able to continue to provide excellent person-centred support to all the young people that live here.
Simon currently lives in Haywards Heath in Mid Sussex with his wife Gaynor. In his spare time away from Rookery Hove, Simon enjoys walking his Irish Setter Scarlet, is actively involved in his local village community and is an avid Tottenham Hotspur fan.

At Rookery Hove, we support up to 13 individuals, both females and males, typically aged between 18 and 35 years who have Asperger’s syndrome, are on the autistic spectrum or with a similar diagnosis.
