Living at the Woodlands

The Woodlands is situated in the heart of the community in Bamber Bridge, close to shops and amenities including a library, cinema, leisure centre, as well as being only a five minute walk away from local transport links. Woodlands also has its own vehicle to support individuals to access the community.

We strive to ensure excellent standards in all areas and focus on providing a homely atmosphere for people living away from their families. Each adult is supported to have a personalised bedroom and the home also has large grounds which allow for lots of outdoor activities.

The property is a detached house where we can support up to four people. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms in the main part of the house, two of which have en-suite facilities, and an annex with a bedroom and en-suite. Everyone living here has a personalised bedroom, planned and arranged around their individual likes and needs.

There is also a separate bathroom and an additional shower room, spacious communal areas including a large lounge, dining room and kitchen, as well as a separate staff area, laundry and office.

To the front and back of the house, we have well-maintained gardens which consist of mainly lawned areas with flowerbeds and patio areas.

Woodlands may be suitable for those who meet the following admissions criteria:
