About Westfield House
Westfield House is a service for people with enduring mental health problems and provides 24 hour support from highly trained staff.
Our approach to care:
Our ultimate aim is to enable individuals to live as independently as possible in the future; we build towards this by providing just the right level of support to allow people to learn and develop necessary skills.
Each person at Westfield House has their own Person Centred Plan which outlines their goals and aspirations, as well as the required level of support. Individuals make their own decisions about their care and support where possible, with input from key workers and family members too.
What it’s like to live here:
People supported by Westfield House enjoy a wide range of activities which are managed by a full time activities co-ordinator. These include day trips, theatre visits, socialising, meals out and annual holidays. They are also supported with attending college, work placements and drop in centres.
Westfield House is set in a quiet location in Rawmarsh, Rotherham, where we have access to lovely walks in the countryside. We are also very close to a retail park where all of the popular shops are.
