Supporting You in Lincolnshire

About Suppoting You in Lincolnshire

Supporting You in Lincolnshire supports adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health issues and challenging behaviours to live the lives they want, in their own homes, in the community.

Our approach to support:

We are focused on supporting people to be as independent as possible, both within their own home and in their local community. We support individuals with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours.

We work in partnership with people to ensure they have control over the way their support is provided. We are flexible and person centred in our approach, believing that no two people will have the same support needs, goals or aspirations and knowing therefore that everyone's support will be different. Our focus is on enabling people to achieve their goals and to become more independent.

“I have been in services for years but now I have got myself a house... it feels like I am on my way into a new life.” – Person assisted by Supporting You in Lincolnshire

Support and assistance

Craegmoor works with a number of local landlords and housing partners who assist us in finding the right accommodation for individuals in need of housing solutions. As a result we are able to offer varying levels of support accommodation dependent on individuals’ needs and wishes. We are able to offer self-contained flats, shared housing and 24-hour staff availability. We provide an on-call number for emergencies outside office hours.
