About Priory Highfields

Priory Highfields offers a unique residential provision for those with autism and associated learning disabilities. We have extensive experience of working with young adults with autism and provide support for those who require specialist help to meet their needs.

Our approach to care:

Our approach at Priory Highfields seeks to reduce anxiety levels by enabling individuals to access a personalised, structured programme of fun and leisure, physical activity, education, work and life experiences. People we support are therefore, able to engage in all aspects of their life with increased confidence, self-esteem and dignity.

We work closely with a team of professionals to deliver a holistic and therapeutic service to meet individual needs.

What it’s like to live here:

We endorse hobbies and interests and are flexible in our approach to delivering an individualised, person-led service.

The people we support get involved in a daily sports programme which aims to focus excess energy and attain emotional and physical composure and fitness. We provide learning activities that provide intellectual stimulation, and expressive arts such as music, art and drama that provide opportunities for self-expression and communication supporting the overall goal of community living.
