“I really enjoy living at Heathfield. The staff here are really supportive and have helped me to gain more confidence, as well as my independence skills.” Louise*, resident at Heathfield

Located on the outskirts of the rural village of Broad Oak in East Sussex, Heathfield is only two miles from the nearest market town. Residents have access to the local shops, amenities and Headway.

At Heathfield, we plan discharge on admission and we have a flat for people to practice living on their own again prior to being discharged. Step-by-step programmes are also put in place to help residents establish their independence such as cooking, leisure and daily personal care skills.

All our rooms are designed to meet specialist neuro-rehab needs including profiling beds, overhead range tracking and lots of communal space to assist the rehabilitation process.
