Victor spends four “creative days” a week at a day care centre and is proving to be quite a talent. He shows a real aptitude for paper-mache and is encouraged by members of staff to develop his natural ability. Although Victor suffers with Learning Difficulties, he is instrumental in a recent project that is now displayed at the local Council office.
