Mucking out, feeding animals and repairing fences are just a few activities within Paul's busy day. With Dyslexia and Schizophrenia, Paul never dreamt of becoming a team player in a local Community Farm, but with a little help from his carers, he’s made it happen.
Since April 2005, Paul has been working voluntarily at the Greenmeadow Community Farm. His enthusiasm is greatly admired and he has fast become a valuable member of the workforce. He is soon to start college where he will study NVQ Level 1 in Agriculture.
Given the flexibility to succeed and work within the community, Paul has flourished as an individual and welcomes challenges head on. At only 27, people have already recognised Paul’s ability and realise how his contribution can make a difference.
