Neil has been a resident within Craegmoor for 8 years. His dream is to see Milwall Football Club in the premiership and wishes he had enough money so he could fix every game. He plays football every week but admits he’s not quite at the standard of his footballing idol, Glen Hoddle. Since 2003, Neil has worked for the Psychiatric Rehab Association collating papers and has been a regular stand-in on local ID parades. Now aged 36, Neil would like to be a plumber and intends to enroll at a local college next term.
