Craegmoor operate over 180 care and support centres with 3 specialist further education colleges nationwide, delivering services to individuals with wide ranging learning disability needs, including Aspergers Syndrome, Prader Willi Syndrome, Autistic Spectrum Disorder etc.
Craegmoor’s services for individuals with learning disabilities are delivered as unique support packages which recognise people as individuals with unique needs. The concept of Person Centred Care is one that we strongly and passionately believe in. It places each individual, their family and carer at the centre of needs assessment which aims to identify real choices in delivery of needs led services.
Our services are structured to enable both social care and community led activities, embracing the full range of public services available, including recreational, educational or work based opportunities.
