Residential Services

We provide understanding and support for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health problems in a variety of settings based on the individual's abilities and needs. Our nationwide residential care services support people to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible.

Person Centred Approach

Absolutely everything we do at Craegmoor is guided by the people who use our services, their personal needs and the choices they wish to make. Craegmoor listens carefully to people and their families and carers, this is how we learn about the important details that make a big difference.

Only by fully understanding every person's unique needs can we begin to support them effectively and help them fulfil their potential and achieve their goals.

Everyone we support has their own unique Person Centred Plan. Each plan is designed to support an individual's personal choices and aspirations and focuses on what is needed to make that happen.

We know that everyone is unique. For some, ordinary everyday experiences can represent extraordinary achievements. By encouraging people to take control of their lives and have a real belief in their own potential we can make positive outcomes a reality for everyone, regardless of their age or presumed ability.

Craegmoor services also make the most of the full range of public services available. These services include recreational, educational and work based opportunities. We currently support lots of people to achieve their goals of succeeding in mainstream education and voluntary and paid employment.
