We tailor unique support packages built on individual choice, which enable both social care and community-led activities embracing all opportunities, whether recreational, educational or work-based. People are supported to develop the skills they needs to live as independently as possible.
Hospitals
Craegmoor’s independent hospitals offer treatment and support for adults with a range of learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and mental illnesses including people with a forensic history.
Residential Services
We provide understanding and support for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental illnesses in a variety of settings based on the individual’s abilities and needs. Our nationwide residential care services support people to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible.
Colleges
Craegmoor has three specialist colleges for young people with learning disabilities and autism offering both full and part-time residential and day courses for either, 38 week or 52 week placements throughout the year.
Supported Living Services
Craegmoor has supported living services across England, Wales and Scotland, all providing innovative, creative support enabling people with mental illnesses, autism and learning disabilities to live the lives they want and have the opportunities they deserve.
