Sarah-Hughes

Sarah has worked for Craegmoor for many years, starting her working life a Staff nurse. Sarah is a Registered Mental Nurse with 22 years experience of working within the care industry. Within her current role Sarah has a varied overarching responsibility ensuring that best practice is developed throughout and delivered in order that best possible outcomes are achieved for everyone using Craegmoor services.

Prior to her appointment as Divisional Managing Director, Sarah has had experience of mainly working in the specialist Divisions including working at Home Manager and Area Manager level, providing direct operational and management support to specialist services. Sarah has also had experience within our Older People Division working at Operations Director support level.

Sarah is looking at future developments in respect of needs-led services through relationships with purchasers across the Division, whilst ensuring that we continue to be a thriving business.
