Sarah Hughes, Managing Director

Sarah has worked for Craegmoor for many years, starting her working life as a Staff nurse. Sarah is a Registered Mental Nurse with over 22 years experience of working within the care industry. Within her current role Sarah has a varied overarching responsibility ensuring that best practice is developed throughout and delivered in order that best possible outcomes are achieved for everyone using Craegmoor services.

Gary Thorpe, Business Development Director

Gary joined Craegmoor as a Business Development Manager in 2009, and up until January 2012 had been working as a Service Development Manager. Gary has always shown immense drive and enthusiasm for the development of quality services. Gary will now take the lead role as Business Development Director on all new developments and business opportunities within the Division as well as the overseeing major projects driven by our operating plans.

 Alac Pengelly

Alac has over 20 years experience in the learning disability and mental health sectors in residential care and supported living services.

Jonathan Harker

Jonathan has worked in the care industry since 1999 supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

Helen Church

Helen has worked in the care industry since 1994 and joined Craegmoor in February 2009.

 Keith Yarnley

Keith has nineteen years of experience working in care industry in every position from support worker, team leader, deputy and service manager.

Peter Cavanagh

Peter joined Craegmoor in 2005 working as an Area Manager in the South West of England supporting learning disability, mental health and physical disability services.

Peter took up the position of Operations’ Director for the North West of England and Scotland in 2010 and now supports mainly learning disability and autism services in those regions.

Lisa Deane

Lisa has over 25 years experience in the learning disability, acquired brain injury and mental health sector, both in residential and supported living services.

Martyn has over 10 years of experience in the care sector and has worked in a wide range of services.

Hayden Knight

Hayden started his career in the care sector in 1996 at the age of 16.  He became a service manager in 2005, and has been in senior management since2009.

Christine Andrews

Chrissie has worked in the Care Industry since 2001 supporting Individuals with learning disabilities

Tim Tyler

 In August 2011 Tim joined the Specialist Division as Regional Manager in the West Midlands region.

Anita De Lange

Anita has 12 years experience in both the charity and private sectors, in residential care and supported living services.

Linda Palmer

Linda has worked in the care industry since 1994 when she joined as a volunteer, and has worked for Craegmoor for nearly ten years.

Claire Levy

Claire has worked for Craegmoor for over 10 years and in the care industry for over 20 years, working with both children and adults with learning disabilities.

Kelly Mendis-Gunasekera

Kelly has worked and supported in a variety of social care settings since 1991, she joined Craegmoor in 2002.

Rebecca Smart

Rebecca has worked in the care industry in many different roles since 1995 and joined Craegmoor in June 2008.
