The Ordinary Story of Jonathan's Incredible Move to Independence

Jonathan had been finding day-to-day life extremely difficult and before moving into a Craegmoor service, he had lived in several others with no success. As a result he was left deflated and lacking in self confidence.

With the right support and encouragement, Jonathan's life has really been turned around in the last few years. He began voluntary work at the British Heart Foundation's shop where he excelled so much that he was asked to work front of house serving customers - something that he never thought he would be able to do.

Taking his new found confidence and skills, Jonathan now regularly cooks Sunday lunch for everyone who lives at the service, goes to the pub and takes the train and bus. He has made so much amazing progress that, with continued support, he will soon be moving into a bungalow near his work with a friend - his ultimate goal all along.
