There are so many people who do a great job in Craegmoor, but there are those that add that special something to the workplace, and make a real difference to the lives of their colleagues and the people who use our services. These staff are our Shining Stars and it is vital that we recognise these outstanding individuals and acknowledge the exceptional contribution they make.

Every year we begin the search for our Shining Stars and ask everyone connected with Craegmoor to tell us about the Stars working in every job role, across every service and division of our business.

Anyone that works for Craegmoor can be nominated for a Shining Star. These nominations come not only from colleagues but also from the people who use our services, and their family and friends. What better recognition can there be than to receive a nomination from someone who uses our services? It is a fantastic testament to the level of care, dedication and support our Shining Stars provide. Everyone nominated as a Shining Star should feel proud that their colleagues and the people they support recognise the special contribution they make.

From the hundreds of nominations received, a team of senior managers meet to select the 10 Shining Star finalists, and these outstanding members of staff are invited to celebrate their achievements at the glittering Pride of Craegmoor Awards. At this gala celebration, our Stars receive their prizes and the recognition they thoroughly deserve. It is their chance to shine even brighter.
