Support Worker - Cotswold Lodge

Salary / hourly rate

£6.02 per hour

Ensuring the respect, dignity and rights to privacy of service users as far as possible.
Contributing to the assessment of Service User’s needs and the development of individualised plans of care and support in consultation with Service Users, their relatives and the Care Team.
Acting as an associate worker for an identified Service User, or designated group.
Working with the care and support team to deliver high standards of service to achieve planned goals.

Minimum NVQ level 2 in Care or equivalent care qualification or willing to work towards.
Experience in a care / support or service related setting preferred.

At Cotswold Lodge we support 8 people with learning disabilities and have been rated as a good service by CQC in June 2009.
