Care Assistant - Windsor House
- Ensuring the respect, dignity and rights to privacy of service users as far as possible.
- Contributing to the assessment of Service User’s needs and the development of individualised plans of care and support in consultation with Service Users, their relatives and the Care Team.
- Acting as an associate worker for an identified Service User, or designated group.
- Working with the care and support team to deliver high standards of service to achieve planned goals.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Minimum NVQ level 2 in Care or equivalent care qualification or willing to work towards.
- Experience in a care / support or service related setting preferred.

Windsor House
Windsor House offers 24 hour support for 14 people who have a range of learning disabilities, brain injuries and dementia. .Our older people unit provides a service for seven adults over the age of 60 the staff ratio for this unit is 1-2. Staff receive additional training to support the specific needs of the individuals eg pressure area care, dementia and palliative care.
