Why choose us?

Our Quality Development Team consists of a team of specialist advisors, who support and advise services working with people who may have Autism, a Learning Disability, or a Mental Health problem, to do this we have specialists in each area.

Our staff are highly-trained and committed to the support they provide.  Our recruitment processes ensure that everyone we employ undergoes all of the necessary background and reference checks before starting work.  Through a rolling programme of training and development, we are able to support our teams to be skilled, motivated, informed and involved in their services.

As part of the Priory Group, Craegmoor has links and access to a wide variety of services for young people and adults meaning that as people’s needs change they can be supported through any transition and care pathway with a greater level of continuity.

Craegmoor is committed to help deliver positive outcomes for the people we support.  This could be something as ordinary as learning to dress or making a simple meal or it could be having a job and their own place to live.

Through an ongoing process of review and evaluation, we can help each person to achieve their aspirations.

All of our services are regulated and inspected by their relevant regulatory body – e.g. the Care Inspectorate in Scotland, the Care Quality Commission in England and the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales. This ensures that our services operate legally, safely and with focus on providing the right kind of support for people to achieve their goals and evidence positive outcomes.

In addition, we also have a dedicated team of internal compliance inspectors who regularly audit Craegmoor services and focus on quality, health and safety and finance.
