Our values

As part of the Priory Group of Companies, Craegmoor aspires to deliver the highest quality of care and support across our services in mental health, learning disabilities and autism. We provide both residential and community and domiciliary services.

We know what is important because we listen to people – and their family and friends. A personalised approach is central to the way we operate; only by understanding every person’s choices can we begin to effectively support them to achieve their goals. We’re committed to developing and providing services which ensure that the individual is at the very centre of everything we do.

A focus on outcomes

Delivering quality care and services in both Health and Social care systems in the UK requires a greater focus on the outcomes achieved for people who use our services. To achieve this:

  • We constantly strive to deliver the most effective outcomes through innovative approaches to delivering care, support and the best possible lives for individuals.
  • We support and enable people to maximise their potential for independence and achieve fulfilling lifestyles, including exploring opportunities for employment and voluntary work, meaningful activities, working within all the key national guidance regarding choice, control and self determination.
  • We ensure that our teams work with the people we support - as well as their family, social workers and, where applicable, their GP - using a multidisciplinary approach to make placements as beneficial and timely as possible.

We have an enthusiastic and highly trained staff teams across all services who work together to ensure that we provide consistency, continuity and quality support; this helps people to develop and grow in order to reach their full potential.

"As a care co-ordinator of a service user residing at Craegmoor's Glebe House, I have found the working relationship to be a positive one. Maintained contact and updates with involved services, encourages an holistic approach and individual, needs-led approach that also empowers and promotes the capabilities of those they support. "
